Leadership

Colville Brown, M.D., is a biotechnology consultant with a decade of Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs experience across various therapeutic areas, including gene therapy.

He received his medical degree (MD) with honors from Howard University College of Medicine and was trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. After leaving residency he served as Assistant Director for a long-term care facility for the intellectually disabled.

At the end of the first decade he joined a boutique Medical Affairs consulting firm where he served in roles of increasing responsibility developing and implementing Medical Affairs and Clinical Development Strategy for small, medium, and large biotechnology companies assisting in the successful launches of nearly a dozen drug products. Colville then transitioned to an in-house position at a biotech and led Medical Affairs and, and over time, Clinical Development. Subsequently, Colville spent several years leading study design, pharmacovigilance, and successful study implementation across therapeutic areas and companies before returning to Medical Affairs and HEOR leadership. At LB United, Colville pairs innovative insights with novel tactics from a vast array of industries and applies to classical biotech and pharmaceutical company models.
